Besides the prime role of attachment, Darbond adhesives are widely used to form electrical contacts between conponents and the printed-wiring board or other interconnect substract, e.g. thin-fild or thick film ceramic substrates or flexible cable. The other function of Darbond adhesives is to draw heat away from components.
