Kosaplus, Korea's No. 1 pneumatic valve actuator manufacturer
Sales last year were 15.5 billion won, and this year's sales are expected to reach 17 billion won.

"With the recent increase in electric vehicle production facilities, orders for valve actuators specialized for the secondary battery industry are increasing."
Noh Chang-hwan, CEO of Kosaplus (pictured), explained on the 19th, “We have the technology to mass-produce valve actuators that do not contain copper or zinc to prevent risks such as battery explosions.”
Located in the Sihwa National Industrial Complex in Ansan, Gyeonggi Province, Kosaplus produces pneumatic and electric industrial valve actuators. It is ranked as the leading company in Korea in the pneumatic valve actuator sector.
Valve actuators serve as control devices that automatically open and close valves. They are used alongside various types of valves to control the flow of fluids like oil and liquefied gas in large-scale automotive equipment, such as secondary batteries and semiconductors. They are also used in control lines across a wide range of fields, from production lines in the shipbuilding and food industries to fish farms.

Representative Roh emphasized, “Semiconductors and secondary batteries must operate in limited spaces, so compact products are advantageous,” and “Cosaplus products are specialized in producing powerful power in a small size.”
Kosaplus holds 11 patents related to valve actuators and has secured numerous international certifications, including ATEX, CE, and SIL from Europe. CEO Noh emphasized, "We are so committed to quality control that we have a quality management representative directly reporting to us."
