The Tissin TS800 Smart Valve Positioner is designed for industrial users who require accurate, stable, and reliable control-valve positioning in demanding environments. Built with a modular internal layout and a high-flow pilot valve, it provides fast response, consistent performance, and simplified maintenance — ideal for plant operations, shutdown teams, and process control engineers.
The TS800 accepts a 4–20 mA control signal and delivers precise valve positioning for both linear and rotary actuators. With ±0.5% linearity, ±0.3% repeatability, and IP66/NEMA 4X protection, this model ensures stable performance even under vibration, moisture, and harsh plant conditions.
Its LCD interface with four tactile buttons enables quick configuration and auto-calibration, reducing commissioning time. The positioner also supports Auto/Manual switching, allowing operators to maintain control during troubleshooting or system adjustments.
The TS800 is equipped with self-diagnostics, alarm functions, and PST (Partial Stroke Test) capability—features that support predictive maintenance and reduce the risk of valve failures in critical applications. Its die-cast aluminum body (optional stainless steel) provides long service life, even in corrosive environments.
Available with HART communication, optional limit switch modules, feedback transmitters, and explosion-proof / intrinsically safe variants, the TS800 series can be configured for Oil & Gas, power plants, chemical processing, water treatment, and other automated facilities.
