Stainless Steel Camlock Coupling

A Stainless Steel Camlock Coupling is a quick-connect fitting made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel, designed for fast and secure hose-to-hose or hose-to-equipment connections without tools.
It is especially suited for chemical, food-grade, pharmaceutical, and marine applications where hygiene, corrosion resistance, and durability are critical.

Construction

1. Body

   • Cast or precision-machined SS304 or SS316 for superior corrosion resistance.

2. Cam Arms

   • Stainless steel for strength, durability, and hygiene.

3. Pins & Rings

   • Stainless steel for corrosion resistance and secure locking.

4. Gasket / Seal

   • Standard NBR gasket; optional EPDM, Viton®, PTFE, or food-grade silicone for compatibility with various media.

Typical Specifications

• Size Range: 1/2" to 8" (DN15 – DN200).

• Pressure Rating: Typically 150–250 psi (10–17 bar) depending on size and type.

• Temperature Range: –40 °C to +200 °C (with appropriate seal material).

• Standards: MIL-C-27487 / A-A-59326 interchangeability.
