Itopride hydrochloride 50 /mg,
Indication
Progit 50 /mg is indicated for the treatment of functional dyspepsia, gastroparesis, and post operative gastroparesis symptoms such as bloating, early satiety, postprandial fullness, nausea, vomiting, and upper abdominal discomfort. It enhances upper GI motility and reduces associated symptoms.
Instruction
Dosage: Typically 50 /mg three times daily, usually 15–30 minutes before meals, or as directed by a qualified physician.
Administration: Swallow tablet whole with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew.
Duration & Precautions: Treatment duration depends on clinical response. Use with caution in patients with gastrointestinal obstruction, perforation, or bleeding. Monitor for potential side effects such as abdominal cramps or diarrhea.
