Hydrocortisone 5 /mg (0.5%) – anti-inflammatory corticosteroid
Cinchocaine hydrochloride 5 /mg (0.5%) – local anesthetic
Framycetin sulfate 10 /mg (1%) – topical antibiotic
Aesculin 10 /mg (1%) – mild bacteriostatic agent, especially against E. coli
Used for relief of anorectal symptoms including:
Internal and external haemorrhoids, pain, pruritus, inflammation
Anal fissures, perianal eczema, proctitis
Pre and post-operative hemorrhoid care, and postpartum haemorrhoidal conditions
Apply to clean, dry, intact skin in the anal and perianal region.
Use twice daily and after each bowel movement (often morning and evening)
Wash hands before and after application. Gently massage a small amount into affected area
