Celecoxib 400 /mg
Indications
Osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis
Acute pain management and primary dysmenorrhea
Low back pain (via lower-strength version, but 400 /mg used on first day of acute cases)
Administration: Oral, with or without food
Adults:
Osteoarthritis (OA): 200 /mg once daily (200 /mg form)
Rheumatoid arthritis (RA): 200 /mg twice daily
Ankylosing spondylitis (AS): 200 /mg once daily, max 400 /mg total if needed
Acute pain / dysmenorrhea: 400 /mg initially, with additional 200 /mg if needed on first day; then 200 /mg twice daily as required
Low back pain: generally 200 /mg once daily
