Jotun Barrier 80 S is a high-solids, zinc-rich epoxy primer designed for superior corrosion protection in severely corrosive environments. Formulated with 80% zinc dust, this industrial-grade protective coating delivers exceptional durability and long-term steel protection as part of a complete coating system.

Ideal for use on carbon steel, damaged galvanized steel, and repair of inorganic zinc silicate coatings, Barrier 80 S is fast drying and meets ASTM D520 Type II zinc dust standards. It is especially recommended for refineries, bridges, power plants, buildings, and piping exposed to extreme corrosivity up to C5 Very High (ISO 12944-2).
