Criteria

This scholarship is exclusively for students progressing from XMUM foundation programmes to degree programmes. Eligibility is determined by academic achievement as follows:

Highlight

• Continuation of the scholarship into subsequent years is dependent on the student's academic performance relative to their peers from the same program and intake.
• The renewal amount is determined by the student's CGPA ranking within their cohort:
  • Over 80% Scholarship: Awarded to students in the top 25% of their cohort.
  • Over 50% Scholarship: Awarded to students in the top 35% of their cohort.
  • Over 25% Scholarship: Awarded to students in the top 45% of their cohort.
  • Up to 25% Scholarship: Awarded to students in the top 70% of their cohort.

The XMUM Progression Scholarship is specially designed for students advancing from Xiamen University Malaysia's foundation programmes to a degree course. This scholarship recognizes and rewards excellent academic achievements during foundation studies, providing a seamless financial pathway to support students' continued educational journey at XMUM.
