Product Description :

Contact Lens Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) Vision Machine, a stand-alone industrial Contact Lens Inspection and Handling System equipment, with vision inspection system, fan filter unit (FFU), and configurable parameters controlled by PLC which programmed by AIM Automation Solution.

Machine Functionality :

The Contact Lens Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) Vision Machine automatically handles, orients, and inspects optical lenses with high precision using advanced vision technology to detect surface and dimensional defects, ensuring reliable sorting and traceability in cleanroom environments.

Here's is the step process of the machine:
1. Operator fill up the input tray with lenses and placing emptry tray at input Station A and input Station B.
2. Operator press start button to start the operation
3. When the tray have been empty or full, the alarm will pop up and blip to alert operator to fill up the tray.
4. Press "start" button to continue the operation.
