• The scholarship is distributed in two parts: during the second and final semesters of the diploma programme. Full disbursement is subject to the exclusive discretion of HCUC, which may adjust the timing as it deems appropriate.

Applicants must be UEC students who satisfy the minimum entry requirements for their chosen diploma course.
