Fee Waiver

Tuition fee waiver of up to RM 27,000

  • The percentage or amount of tuition fee waiver is determined solely by the college's scholarship committee, based on a comprehensive evaluation of the applicant's art portfolio.
  • The study grant will be disbursed in the following semester after approval, unless otherwise specified.
  • Once the grant is approved, the tuition fee waiver will be applied (deducted from fees) over 5 long semesters.

Details

The Dasein-Exsim Study Grant is made possible through the support of Exsim Group, a property developer, as part of their dedication to advancing sustainable education. This grant aims to provide financial assistance to talented and deserving students in Malaysia, enabling them to pursue their studies in creative arts.

Criteria

  • Applicants must fulfill the entry requirements for their chosen programme.
  • SPM results must be issued within the last 3 years.
  • Candidates must provide a copy of Form B/BE and payment receipt as proof that their parent's annual income does not exceed RM 120,000 (an interview with the Dasein Finance Department may be required for financial verification).
  • Students must settle their first semester tuition fees before the semester begins or before the first day of class.

Highlight

  • If a recipient needs to defer their studies due to personal reasons during the scholarship period, they may retain their scholarship status for up to one year. After this period, the scholarship will be automatically revoked.
  • To maintain the grant, students must achieve the required grades as listed above each semester.
