Control Panel

Vertical feed powered by double motors high efficiency AC motor for rapid up/down. Stepping motor for micro downfeed positioning and slow up/down. Quick digit output feedback by encoder. The digit display is for setting start point, rough grinding volume, start point for finish grinding (finish grinding volume), downfeed volume for finish grinding, target point, rise up point, intermittent spark-out, and spark-out. Cross transverse travel powered by DC servo motor. Available for stefeed and continuous infeed grinding. The speed for dressing wheel is adjustable on the panel.

GENERAL FEATURES：
1.High precision cartridge wheel spindle
•High precision cartridge type spindle is supported by two preloaded precision angular contact ball bearings & one NN type roller bearing and driven by V3 class motor that allow high accurate griding performance.

2.High anti-wear guideways
•The saddle rests on precision hand-scraped double V ways, and the table rests on precision hand-scraped V and flat ways which coated with ''TURCITE-B''. There guideways are equipped with auto lubrication to rests wear of guideways, plus lasting accuracy and damping.

3.Auto lube system
•Automatic lubrication system is applied as standard to ensure sufficient lubrication at lead-screws and guideways for more longevity.
