Indications (Uses):
Hovid Neomycin Cream 0.5% is indicated for:
- Skin Infections: Treatment of infections caused by susceptible bacteria, such as staphylococci.
- Minor Skin Irritations: Relief of itching and redness associated with minor skin irritations.
Instructions (How to Use):
- Dosage: Apply a thin layer to the affected area one to three times a day.
- Administration: For external use only. Clean and dry the affected area before application. Gently massage the cream into the skin.
- Precautions:
- Avoid use on deep or punctured wounds, serious burns, or raw areas unless directed by a physician.
- Prolonged use may lead to skin sensitization; avoid long-term use.
- Not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding without medical advice.
- Avoid contact with eyes, nose, and mouth.
