Initial Use:
Prime the pump by spraying 10 times or until a fine mist appears before first use.
Dosage:
Allergic rhinitis (adults and teens ≥12 years): 2 sprays in each nostril once daily; may reduce to 1 spray per nostril for maintenance.
Allergic rhinitis (children 3–11 years): 1 spray in each nostril once daily.
Nasal polyps (adults ≥18 years): 2 sprays in each nostril twice daily; can reduce after 5–6 weeks if symptoms are controlled.
Acute sinusitis (adults and teens ≥12 years): 2 sprays in each nostril twice daily.
Administration:
Shake well before use, insert the applicator into one nostril, close the other nostril, and spray while breathing gently through the nose. Avoid spraying directly on the nasal septum. Repeat for the other nostril. Wipe the applicator after use and replace the cap.
Storage:
Store at room temperature (15°C–30°C), protect from direct sunlight, and use within 2 months after opening.
