Tohnichi YCL2 Torque Wrench

Prevents over-torque while tightening.

When the set torque is reached, the toggle will activate with a clicking sound and torque will decrease about 5 degrees.

There is no problem if tightening is completed by the first click.

Even if you tighten further, the torque will increase without exceeding the set torque and a second click will sound.

Tightening may be completed only to a moderate degree because, as the illustration shows, you can toggle up to 19 degrees (5 degrees + approx. 14 degrees) from the first click without exceeding the set torque.

Suitable for assembly of critical parts.

Features

The Two-Step Motion system (primary click and secondary click) prevents over-torque during tightening.
When set torque is achieved, the toggle activates, and after about 5°, if you continue tightening rotary slip will occur at about 14°.
Interchangeable head torque wrench. With just this one wrench, changing heads lets you use it as a wrench, ring spanner, ratchet, hex head and more. Without the need for so many different devices, this torque wrench saves you money.
Torque setting is easy to adjust by knob and scale.
YCL10N2X10D, YCL20N2X10D, YCL40N2X12D, YCL70N2X12D, YCL90N2X15D and YCL140N2X15D can be used with AH adjustable open end interchangeable heads.
