• KTS-410 welding wire is a martensitic stainless steel containing 13% Cr
• It is suitable for AISI 410 or 420 series stainless steel plates
• KTS-410 is recommended for welding plates, piping, and vessels used in petroleum refining and chemical industries

Welding Position


Welding Instruction

- Please refer to the GTAW welding guidelines for proper usage
- With high hardenability, the weld metal and heat-affected zone are prone to cracking. Preheating to 200–300 °C is required before welding, followed by post-weld heat treatment at 700–760 °C

Application
- KTS-410 is recommended for welding plates, piping, and vessels used in petroleum refining and chemical industries
