High-Speed Palletizing Robot for Fast and Efficient Handling
The IRB 460 is a 4-axis palletizing robot built for high-speed handling in end-of-line and bag palletizing operations. With a reach of 2.4 meters and 110 kg payload, this single-variant robot offers fast and precise motion in a compact form factor, capable of achieving up to 2,190 cycles per hour.
Its integrated design includes IP67 protection, internal cabling options, and support for process-specific configurations such as FlexGripper claws. Motion control is powered by the OmniCore platform, which also enables safety functions and supports application flexibility through RobotStudio and Palletizing PowerPac.
