Applicant Category
Non-Chinese citizens in good health, with bachelor's degree or equivalent for master's programs (not exceeding 35 years old for master's), with master's degree or equivalent for doctoral programs (not exceeding 40 years old)

Scholarship Benefits
Covers tuition, accommodation, and living expenses
Monthly stipend of 3,000-3,500 RMB (depending on study level)
