Built from dense tropical hardwoods, they support heavy-duty load capacities ranging from 1 ton up to 2.5 tons depending on design configuration. Their excellent structural rigidity allows safe stacking, racking, and repeated forklift handling without deformation.
- Material: Manufactured using a combination of strong tropical hardwood species such as meranti, kapur, kempas, keruing, and other dense timbers. These woods provide superior durability, impact resistance, and moisture tolerancemaking MHW pallets ideal for demanding industrial environments with high handling frequency.
- Design & Drawing Scope: Available in 2-way or 4-way forklift entry, block design, stringer design, and reinforced bottom boards based on load requirements. Detailed technical drawings can be provided for approval to ensure compatibility with warehouse systems, conveyors, and export packaging standards.
- Customisation & Service: Options include heat treatment (HT) for ISPM 15 export compliance, fumigation, custom logo stenciling, wood drying, reinforced nailing, edge protection, and pallet repair/refurbishment programs for long-term cost savings.
