Applicants must be Malaysian citizens. Outstation students must meet at least one of the following criteria:

• Studied SPM, IGCSE, or equivalent in a school located outstation, OR
• The address on the student's IC is outstation.

• For A Level, CIC Foundation, and Diploma Programmes:
• Within Kulai: 15% off tuition fee after merit scholarship deduction
• Further than Kulai: 30% off tuition fee after merit scholarship deduction
• For UOL Degree Programmes:
• Within Kulai: 10% off tuition fee after merit scholarship deduction
• Further than Kulai: 15% off tuition fee after merit scholarship deduction
