When blood glucose cannot be adequately controlled by diet, exercise, and monotherapy with either metformin or glibenclamide.
As second-line therapy in patients inadequately controlled on monotherapy.
Dosage:
Typically 1 tablet once or twice daily with meals; dosage is adjusted based on blood glucose response.
