Pregabalin Sandoz 75mg is indicated for the treatment of:
Neuropathic pain associated with diabetic peripheral neuropathy and post-herpetic neuralgia.
Epilepsy: Adjunctive therapy in adults with partial seizures with or without secondary generalisation.
Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD) in adults.
Fibromyalgia.
Neuropathic pain associated with spinal cord injury
Dosage: The recommended starting dose is 75 mg twice daily (150 mg/day). Based on individual patient response and tolerability, the dose may be increased to 300 mg/day after 3–7 days. The maximum dose is 600 mg/day.
Administration: Swallow the capsule whole with a sufficient quantity of water. Do not chew or crush the capsule.
Timing: Can be taken with or without food.
Missed Dose: If a dose is missed, take it as soon as you remember unless it's almost time for the next dose. Do not double the dose.
Precautions: Inform your doctor if you have any allergies, kidney disease, or are taking other medications
