Indications:

 - Treatment of Parkinson’s disease and Parkinsonian syndromes (e.g., post-encephalitic or toxic), except drug-induced Parkinsonism.     Especially useful for patients with motor fluctuations like “end-of-dose wearing off” or “peak-dose dyskinesia,” and for improved       night-time symptom control.

Instructions:

- Swallow capsules whole without chewing or opening to maintain controlled-release function. Ideally taken at least 30 minutes before or 1 hour after meals to optimize absorption.
