Scope of Work: AHU Drive Assembly Audit, Pulley & Shaft Restoration, and Motor Performance Verification
The Euroklimat Single Skin AHU (Model: EKSW080HR), a high-capacity unit rated for 8000m³/h air flow, showed significant signs of mechanical fatigue. Specifically, the fan shaft and pulley system exhibited surface corrosion and wear, which, if left unaddressed, could lead to belt slippage, increased vibration, and eventual motor burnout.
