BGM-750 Automatic Blade Grinding Machine
The BGM-750 is an industrial blade grinding machine designed for sharpening straight cutting blades used in plastic crushers, granulators, woodworking machinery, paper cutting machines and other industrial equipment.
The electromagnetic blade clamping system securely holds the blade during the grinding process. This reduces blade movement and helps maintain a stable grinding position.
Its automatic reciprocating travel system moves the grinding head from left to right along the blade, providing a more uniform grinding result while reducing repetitive manual operation.
The machine uses a 100 × 50 × 20 mm cup-type grinding wheel with a grinding wheel speed of 2850 RPM. A flexible water cooling hose directs coolant towards the grinding area to help control heat during operation.
With a grinding length of approximately 750–800 mm, the BGM-750 is suitable for factories, recycling plants, blade sharpening workshops, woodworking companies and industrial maintenance departments.
