Note: Use Hi-Bond Wall Sealer for powdery or skim-coated surfaces.
Topcoat (2 Coats): Nippon Paint Vinilex Fresh Plus.
Condition: Surface must be clean, dry, and free from grease, dust, or loose flaky paint.
Moisture/Alkalinity: Ensure wall moisture content is below 16% and alkalinity is below pH 9.
Repair: Fill cracks or holes with a suitable filler like EasySKIM 5000 before priming.
