Mixing Ratio: Must be mixed thoroughly before use (Base and Hardener).
Pot Life: Use within 1 hour after mixing (at 25-30°C).
Drying Time (Touch Dry): 1 hour (dependent on temperature and humidity).
Drying Time (Hard Dry): 4 hours (dependent on temperature and humidity).
Recoating Time: Minimum 8 hours.
Theoretical Coverage: 11.5 – 13.1 m² per litre per coat (at 35–40μm dry film thickness).
Full Curing: 7 days for maximum chemical and abrasion resistance.
Application Method: Brush or Roller.
Sealer/Primer (1 Coat): Nippon Paint Tile Primer.
Topcoat (2 Coats): Aqua Epoxy, PU Recoatable Finish, or EA4 Finish.
Cleanliness: Ensure the surface is completely dry and free from grease, wax, soap residue, and dust.
Grout Lines: Thoroughly scrub grout lines to remove all dirt and oils before priming.
Mixing: Ensure the Base and Hardener are mixed at the correct ratio and stirred well until a uniform consistency is achieved.
