Pre-Screening Preparation

1. Avoid consuming food and drink after 10.00pm, fast for 8 to 10 hours before having health screening. Plain water is allowed.
2. Encourage to eat light diet and unburdened food, avoid consuming any alcoholic drink at least 3 days prior to the health screening.
3. Avoid intense exercise one day before body check-up.
4. Ensure you are well rested, avoid staying up late and get adequate sleep at least 7 hours.
5. You may continue your regular medication if you have chronic disease such as diabetes, heart disease, hypertension and other related diseases. You may consult with our doctor if you are unsure.
6. For women, avoid schedule health screening during the menstrual period. It is recommended schedule before or after 5-7 days of your menstrual period.
7. Recommended dress casually, avoid make up and wear accessories. Make sure your clothes are easy to put on and take off.

How to Redeem

1. Our customer service team will contact you within 1-2 working days via WhatsApp for an appointment arrangement after online purchase of health screening package(s) is successful received.
2. Our team will try our best to arrange an appointment based on your preferred date, if not, will assist to arrange another date that is convenient to you.
3. Any appointment made under a different name from the purchaser must be mentioned with our customer team while arranging your appointment or remark during checkout. Ex: You bought a health screening package for your parents, kindly provide your parents details to our team.
4. You may download a copy of invoice on your “My Account > Order History” once payment is considered successful.
5. Proof of purchase (Invoice) must be presented on the day of appointment and at the registration counter.
6. The package validity period is within 3 months from the date of purchase.
7. Additional charges may apply if there be any additional test, medicine or treatment advised by the doctor.
