The CA3140 is an integrated circuit (IC) manufactured by Intersil. It is an operational amplifier (Op amp) and a field-effect transistor (FET) operational amplifier combination. It is an 8-pin dual in-line package (DIP) device. Description: The CA3140 is a single-supply, low-power operational amplifier featuring FET inputs for improved noise immunity. It features high-gain, wide bandwidth, low-input offset voltage, low drift, and low power consumption with a maximum supply voltage of ± 18 V and a minimum supply voltage of ± 1.5 V.
