4. Temperature Considerations:

   • The operating temperature range (T_OP) is from -40°C to 85°C. Ensure that the device is used within this range to avoid damage.
   • The storage temperature range (T_STG) is from -55°C to 125°C. Store the device in a suitable environment to prevent degradation.

5. Thermal Management:

   • Monitor the junction temperature (T_J(max)) to ensure it does not exceed 125°C. Use appropriate heat sinks or cooling methods if necessary.

6. Handling and Storage:

   • Handle the device with care to avoid static discharge, which can damage the internal components.
   • Store the device in a dry, cool place to prevent moisture-related issues.
