   • The typical propagation delay time is 7ns at V_CC=5V and T_A=25掳C. Ensure your timing requirements are met by considering this delay.

5. Power Dissipation:

   • The maximum power dissipation per package is 100mW. Design your circuit to stay within this limit to avoid overheating.
