Description:
The 74LS161 is a 4-bit synchronous binary counter with a synchronous parallel load feature. It has four JK flip-flops with a common clock input and four individual J and K inputs. The counter can be preset to any count by applying the desired count to the parallel data inputs (D0-D3). The counter can be cleared to zero by applying a low level to the clear (CLR) input.
