Instructions for Use:

  1. Power Supply: Ensure the supply voltage (VCC) is within the range of 2.0V to 5.5V.
  2. Input Levels:
    • For a high-level input (VIH), the voltage should be between 2.0V and VCC.
    • For a low-level input (VIL), the voltage should be between 0V and 0.8V.
  3. Output Levels:
    • The output high level (VOH) will be VCC - 0.3V when the output current (IO) is -1.6mA.
    • The output low level (VOL) will be 0.4V when the output current (IO) is 16mA.
  4. Leakage Current:
    • The input leakage current (IIL) should not exceed ±1μA.
    • The output leakage current (IOL) should not exceed ±1μA.
  5. Propagation Delay:
    • The propagation delay time (tpd) from high to low and low to high should be within 10ns to 20ns at VCC = 5V and TA = 25°C.
  6. Temperature Ranges:
    • The operating temperature range (TA) is from -40°C to 85°C.
    • The storage temperature range (TSTG) is from -65°C to 150°C.
  7. Handling:
