Description: The SN74LS90N is a synchronous decade and binary counter. It is a 4-bit binary counter and a decade counter which can be used to count in decimal digits (0-9). It has four J-K flip-flops with individual J and K inputs and common clock and clear inputs. The outputs of the flip-flops are connected to the decade counter so that the outputs change state synchronously with each clock pulse.
