This 5,000 sq ft workplace was designed for a multinational corporation seeking a contemporary office that balances functionality, collaboration, and a refined corporate identity. The client envisioned a minimalist environment with timeless appeal, incorporating subtle shades of blue to reinforce its brand presence while creating a calm and professional atmosphere. Delivered as a complete turnkey project within just 10 weeks, KHD managed the entire journey—from authority submissions, design development, construction, and final handover—ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
The design embraces modern minimalism through clean architectural lines, uncluttered spaces, and a carefully curated material palette. Soft shades of blue are introduced throughout the workplace as feature elements, adding depth and personality without overwhelming the space. Warm timber finishes, neutral tones, glass partitions, and integrated lighting create an environment that feels bright, welcoming, and sophisticated. Every detail was considered to achieve a balanced workspace that reflects the professionalism and global standards expected of a multinational organisation.
Functionality was placed at the heart of the design, with the office planned to support both focused work and team collaboration. Open workstations, private meeting rooms, collaborative spaces, and breakout areas are strategically arranged to optimise workflow while maintaining flexibility for future business growth. Durable commercial-grade materials and efficient building services ensure long-term performance with minimal maintenance. As a full turnkey solution, KHD coordinated every stage—from authority approval and design through construction and handover—delivering a high-quality workplace that was completed on schedule within 10 weeks, allowing the client to move into a fully operational office with confidence.
