Professional Grade Thermal Fuses High-Precision Circuit Overheating Protection

Our collection of thermal fuses (also known as thermal cutoffs) provides essential, non-resettable safety protection for a wide range of household and industrial appliances. Designed to permanently interrupt an electrical circuit when temperatures exceed safe operating limits, these components prevent potential fire hazards and equipment damage caused by overheating.

Product Series Overview

We offer three distinct series of thermal fuses categorized by their maximum current rating to suit various applications:

1. Low Power Series (2A Rating)

Ideal for small electronics, transformers, and delicate circuit boards where precision is critical.

2. Standard Appliance Series (10A Rating)

The most versatile range, commonly found in coffee makers, hair dryers, irons, and kitchen appliances.

3. High Capacity Series (20A Rating)

Heavy-duty protection for high-wattage machinery, industrial heaters, and large electric motors.

Top 3 Customer Questions & Concerns ‍

How do I know which temperature rating to buy?

Always check the text engraved on your original fuse. Replacing a fuse with a higher temperature rating than specified can be dangerous and may lead to a fire.

Should I solder or crimp these into place?

Crimping is highly recommended. Because these fuses are triggered by heat, the high temperature of a soldering iron can accidentally blow the new fuse during installation. If you must solder, use a heat sink (like a pair of pliers) on the lead wire.

 Can I use a 10A fuse to replace a 2A fuse?

While a higher current rating is technically "safer" in terms of capacity, it may not fit physically. It is always best practice to match the exact original specifications.
