We move beyond basic cleaning to provide a full technical audit of the MAU’s mechanical and electrical components.
Because an MAU pulls 100% outdoor air, the filters in the Klang Valley load quickly with soot and haze.
Filter Replacement: We supply and install MERV 13 to HEPA filters to ensure the air being "made up" is cleaner than the air outside.
Casing and Seal Inspection: We check for "Air Bypass" around filter frames. Even a small gap can let humid, unfiltered air into your clean zones.
Motor and Bearing Lubrication: We inspect for vibration and noise, ensuring the Axial Flow or Centrifugal fan is balanced.
Belt Tensioning: For belt-driven units, we calibrate the tension to prevent slipping, which causes a drop in the Air Change Rate (ACR) and wastes electricity.
Damper Actuator Testing: We test the motorized intake dampers to ensure they close tightly when the system is off, preventing "Back-Drafting" of rain or pests.

Interlock Testing:
