A powered smoke exhaust system is not a standalone fan; it is a synchronized network of M&E components that must activate within seconds of a fire signal.
High-Temperature Axial Flow Fans:
We utilize fans with Class H insulation, certified to operate at 250°C for at least 2 hours. These fans are the "lungs" of the building, providing the high static pressure required to pull smoke through fire-rated ducting.
Zoned Extraction Logic:
We integrate the fans with the Main Fire Alarm Panel (MFAP). When a smoke detector is triggered in "Zone A," the system automatically opens the motorized smoke dampers in that zone while keeping others closed to concentrate 100% of the fan's suction on the fire source.
Make-Up Air Synchronization:
