Upon flight arrival, your driver will be waiting at the arrival hall holding a sign with your name. A grace period of 90 minutes applies. Please contact the driver in advance in case of flight delays or unexpected events. Without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show and the driver reserves the right to leave the premises after 90 minutes
[Airport Drop-Off]
Please wait for your driver at your hotel lobby 5 -10 minutes prior to designated time. Your driver will contact you at least 4 hours prior to your flight departure time as travelers are usually required to arrive at the airport at least 3 hours prior to international flight departures
