The E-MARK XL is a cordless portable dot peen marking machine that features
A VERY LARGE MARKING WINDOW: 120 x 40 mm.
It can operate for long periods on its integral battery.
This
MOBILE AND PORTABLE MARKING MACHINE is fully autonomous due to its integral 18V Li-Ion battery, giving up to
4 HOURS OF CONTINUOUS USE.
The E-MARK XL comes with two batteries and a fast charger, in a convenient carrying case, which allows you to continue working with one battery while the other is being charged.
The E-Mark XL is a robust design with a cast alloy base. It is particularly suitable for
DEMANDING INDUSTRIAL ENVIRONMENTS. Its high striking force makes it especially suitable for marking heavy or very large parts.
The E-MARK XL is also
ERGONOMIC AND VERY EASY TO USE.
For example, the stylus/piece distance is very simple to adjust using the adjustment knob under the marking head.
The E-MARK XL is also a very light marking gun (3.6 kg), in spite of its basic metal structure.
The E-MARK XL can mark
alphanumeric text,
logos, or
2D Datamatrix codes.
The dot peen technology provides
RELIABLE AND PERMANENT MARKING directly in the material, through a tungsten carbide stylus that strikes a series of dots at a very high rate.

The E-MARK XL has an onboard
E1 CONTROLLER and new software that allow all your marking files to be easily programmed or modified, directly on the marking gun.
The software is very
INTUITIVE and is controlled through a big colour screen, protected by a plastic membrane.
A PC
SOFTWARE SUITE (supplied) also allows marking files to be created, and transferred to the marking gun through its integral USB port.

Options
1D/2D BLUETOOTH BARCODE READER
The 1D/2D barcode reader is used to select marking files and also to enter variable data.
There is a choice of two readers; one only reads 1D codes and the other is multi-function for 1D and 2D codes, capable of reading printing on paper or labels.
The code’s content is entered in the marking file as a variable.
The text read can be marked in full or divided into several parts.
This option ensures a high level of security.
No risk of error due to manual entry.
The data read can be displayed on the SIC controller screen.
The various codes read are Codabar, Code 25 industrial, Code 25 interlaced, Code matrix 25, Code 25 standard, Code 39, Code 93, Code 128, Code EAN-8, Code EAN-13, Code UPC-E, Code MSI and Code 11.
The benefits:
- The reader and machine are connected by a radio link and therefore no wiring is required.
- The reader is fully compatible with the entire E1 range.
- The reader is ideal for reading labels, printing on paper, etc.
ATTACHMENT RING + BALANCER
The balancer allows the marking head to be perfectly balanced in all positions.
Its stroke is 2000 mm and its capacity is 3 to 5 kg.
