- Size & Load Capacity: The 2350mm x 1350mm custom pallet is designed for oversized and heavy industrial cargo that exceeds standard pallet dimensions. Load capacity can be engineered based on actual usage, typically supporting 1,500kg 3,000kg static load, depending on deck thickness, beam spacing, and block/stringer configuration.

- Material: Manufactured using high-quality solid wood, LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber), or engineered timber, selected based on load requirement and durability needs. All timber is properly dried to reduce moisture-related deformation and cracking, ensuring long service life in industrial environments.
- Design & Drawing Scope: Custom pallet design includes technical drawing, load calculation, beam layout, block/stringer structure, forklift entry direction (2-way or 4-way), and stacking logic. Drawings are prepared for internal approval, production reference, and export documentation.
