3240 horizontal contour points for high-precision and fast scanning

Up to 3240 contour data points can be obtained horizontally, which can obtain a more detailed image of the object. The wider dynamic range and high-sensitivity optical system make ultra-high-precision stable measurement possible. The self-developed high-speed CMOS chip can achieve an ultra-fast scanning speed of up to 25KHz.
