Approved for:
Treatment of major depressive episodes (Major Depressive Disorder) in adults
Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD) in adults
Standard Dose: 25 /mg once daily, taken at bedtime
Dose Adjustment: If no improvement after 2 weeks (for MDD) or 4 weeks (for GAD), may increase to 50 /mg once daily (two 25 /mg tablets together at bedtime)
Treatment Duration: At least 6 /months to ensure sufficient symptom resolution
Administration: Can be taken with or without food
