Spectrometry Analysis
A precise testing method where a minute amount of aluminium is vaporised using a controlled electrical discharge. The emitted light is analysed via spectrometer to accurately determine metal composition and purity before and during production.
K-Mold Testing
This method evaluates metal impurities by examining fracture points under low magnification. Metal samples are melted, moulded into a preheated flat mould, rapidly cooled, fractured, and reassembled to identify internal inconsistencies and impurity levels.
X-Ray Inspection
High-powered X-ray machines measure material density by detecting the intensity of X-rays passing through aluminium components. This technology is sufficiently sensitive to identify microscopic defects, including air pockets, internal voids, and surface porosity that are not visible through external inspection.
