1. Adsorption-Type Screw Fastening Machine
   • Adsorption-type automatic screw fastening machines use a vacuum generator to create a vacuum, which is then used to attract and remove individual screws (or magnetic attraction).
   • The machine then positions the screws on the product's hole, and the electric screwdriver automatically fastens them into the product.
   • Generally, it takes 0.8-2 seconds to fasten one screw per pieces. 
      
2.       Advantages of Air-blown Screwdriver
   • Faster speed and higher efficiency. Compared to suction-type screwdrivers, air-blown screwdrivers save time by eliminating screw removal.
   • There's always a screw waiting to be tightened at the clamp, making their efficiency far greater than suction-type screwdrivers.
