Eightfold Sdn Bhd (“ESB”) provides a limited carry-in warranty for non-apron items, covering manufacturer defects from the date of delivery (DO), unless otherwise stated in the quotation. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and reasonable care. ESB’s obligation is limited exclusively to the repair or one-to-one replacement of defective product(s). Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages resulting from:

Misuse, improper storage, or operation outside the intended product range

Natural material decay or normal wear and tear

Force majeure events

Consumable parts such as filters, batteries, or moving components (e.g., wheels, pull cords)

User interface components such as handles, fabric, face plates, buttons that naturally wear over time
Additional Conditions:

ESB is not responsible for shipping costs to or from our office in Selangor

Customer mishandling or failure to follow care instructions voids the warranty
ESB hereby disclaims all other warranties, either expressed or implied. There are no warranties which extend beyond the time frame stated. In no case shall the liability of ESB exceed the purchase or replacement price of the product.
