inspection is demanding work, and the time and expense required to train skilled inspectors are considerable. Another
concern is that results can vary depending on the light source and the individual inspector. The Grain Appearance
Analyzer RN-700E addresses these issues with its simple and reliable operation.

• High Repeatability
High repeatability is achieved through patented technology that
analyzes three still images -transmission, reflection, and spot
transmission-captured using two light sources (LED and LCD).
• Simple and Easy Operation
Simply place the grains on the tray and spread them out. There is no
need to place each grain into individual holes.

The detection sensitivit y for each item, as well as the broken
grain size threshold, can be adjusted to match specific inspection
standards.
• Built-in High-Speed Thermal Printer
A built in high-speed thermal printer is eliminating the need for
external devices or cables. It uses widely available 58 mm thermal
paper, and paper replacement is quick and simple.
• Extensive Data Recording Functions
With the optional PC software, measurement results and images
can be saved and reviewed in Microsoft Excel. Results can also be
recorded directly to an SD card without connecting to a PC.
• Mobile Battery Operation
Commercially available mobile batteries or vehicle cigarette lighter
sockets enable operation in warehouses or outdoor locations without
AC power.
• Trouble-less design
With no motor-driven moving parts, the system minimizes mechanical
failures and ensures long-term reliability including light souses
