Hydro-Air Inductive Conductivity, Salinity, Acid & Base Concentration Sensor is designed for high range conductivity and corrosive environment measurement, mainly in process water and wastewater treatment.
It has an electromagnetic transmitter coil which induces voltage into the medium. This excites the ions to generate an alternating current and magnetic field. The sensor analyses the strength of the current to determine the conductivity value.
The sensing element in the sensor does not contact with the medium.
