The Red Leaf Body Splint BS-01 (Adult) is a Kendrick Extrication Device (KED) designed by Jiangsu Rixin Medical Equipment Co., Ltd. for the extrication and immobilization of adult patients from confined spaces. It is primarily used to stabilize the torso, neck, and spine following injuries, particularly those involving the ribs.

- Immobilization: The device provides rigid vertical support for the spine, neck, and head, while its wrap-around design allows for horizontal flexibility during application.
- Built-in spine board: A plywood spine board is integrated into the back of the device to provide maximum support and comfort.
